Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. Continues Growth, Begins Expansion of Corporate Headquarters

COLUMBIA, SC — June 25, 2014 — Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. recently began expansion of its corporate headquarters located at 1201 Main Street in Columbia, SC. The 5,148 square foot expansion increases the firm’s corporate footprint to nearly an entire floor in Capitol Center Tower, making it one of the top ten largest tenants in the 25-story building.

Located on Main Street since its founding ten years ago, Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. is now one of several large companies to call downtown Columbia home. Paul Hartley, SIOR, Senior Office Broker with NAI Avant, LLC, represented Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. in the expansion and long-term lease extension. The expansion ensures that Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. will have the physical space to support its growing staff, to better serve its clients and to promote economic and business development in the area.
