Once the planning, engineering design and permitting are completed, Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. can provide Construction Administration and Observation services during the construction phase of the project. Construction Administration and Observation are critical to assure that the construction proceeds in accordance with the expectations of the client and in accordance with the permitted conditions of the particular project.
The team of professionals involved during the design phase of the project will be the same individuals involved during the construction observation of the project. By providing design professionals, construction should progress in agreement with Construction Plans and Specifications. This methodology is utilized to maintain uniformity and knowledge throughout the project duration from planning to design to construction. Site visitations will be made at intervals appropriate to the stages of construction in order to observe the progress and quality of the work completed.
As construction approaches completion, Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. will receive, review, and transmit to the client the contractor’s Completion Documents, which include maintenance and operating instructions, schedules, guarantees, bonds, certificates, or other evidence of insurance as required by the Contract Documents; certificates of inspection, tests and approvals; Shop Drawings; and the annotated record documents which are to be assembled by the Contractor in accordance with the Contract Documents to obtain final payment.
